ChatXBot is a product of CoderTo, LLC ("we", "us"), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.
By creating an account or using ChatXBot ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ChatXBot provides an AI chatbot platform. Availability and features may change.
You are responsible for activity under your account and must not use the Service unlawfully or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe for CoderTo, LLC and appear on your statement as "CODERTO* CHATXBOT" or similar, depending on your bank. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time under Billing in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your plan until then. When you switch plans, unused time on the old plan is credited to your next invoice.
Refunds. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for ChatXBot and we refund it in full (once per customer). Otherwise payments already made are not refunded, including part of a period when you cancel early. If we end your subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
For billing questions or a charge you don't recognise, contact [email protected] (the address on your Stripe receipt) before disputing it with your bank. Product support: [email protected].
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. They supplement the CoderTo terms of service, which cover all CoderTo products.
